Testing my site - using Whitelight - in Google Web Master tools shows the theme does not support Rich Snippets (https://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=99170). I can't comment on other themes as I haven't checked, but I'll assume for now they're the same - it would be a big help if you could add support for Rich Snippets to your themes.

These can help with search engine parsing, and allow (for example) Google to display authorship information next to search results. Anther example would be allowing Google to parse and display event information directly in search results - great for themes such as Unsigned and Backstage.

If you go with the MicroFormats method then generally it's just a case of adding some class names, though in some cases a few minor HTML changes might be needed.

I'm going to spend the weekend adding Rich Snippets to my website, but this then makes it harder for me to update the theme if need be - so it'd be great if this support was "native". :)

We're a disability NGO working in Pakistan, and have chosen the WhiteLight theme for our website. We want to set an example for everyone else by having an accessible website. It's largely accessible to people using screen readers, but there are some problems:
- feature slider doesn't work with a screen reader
- text contrast
- input field doesn't seem to be picked up properly

I've used an accessibility checker, which gives more details: http://achecker.ca/checker/index.php

Some of these can be fixed by us (e.g. contrast between link colour and background), but there are other changes that should be done within the theme (e.g. markers, feature slider). I could also run this with a screen reader and generate a detailed list.

Would it be possible to integrate these changes into an upcoming version of WhiteLight and other WooThemes?

For people with multi language sites - and there are a lot I would imagine given the effort being put into making WooThemes translatable - a problem arises that the home currency is shown on every page. I have a Thai - English site and home currency is THB. However that is massively off putting to a visitor from the US or Europe who just navigate away thinking the site is not relevant based on the currency showing.

What would be awesome would be to automatically switch currency based on the geo location of the customer - so then if you were running a US / UK site for instance you could show your product prices in say USD by default and show the converted GBP currency to all your UK customers thus ramping up your sales and keeping your customers comfortable.

Marketers that offer a continuity program where a customer is enrolled in an auto ship program, need specialized tools for managing these programs and need to allow the customer to manage their own programs as well. Here are some features that would be extremely helpful in a plugin, or core functionality, to anyone offering this type of continuity program:

Self-Service customer management interface allowing the customer to :
1) Increase/decrease/add products to a continuity program
2) change the billing date of the program or the date their credit card is charged.
3) adjust the shipping date for the monthly recurring order or adjust just a single months date to coordinate the delivery time.
4) "Vacation" Pause option to allow a customer to PAUSE a shipment for a given period of time.
5) allow customer to extend the time between shipments to any interval. I.E. instead of every 30 days, customer can set delivery/billing option to every 43 days instead.
6) Give customer the ability to cancel the continuity and then provide a rules based incentive offer program to SAVE the customer and retain them in the program.
7) Allows the customer to change their method of payment in the continuity program, update credit card expiration dates, etc...
8) Allow a customer to invite their friends to join the program in exchange for a discount on the next months shipment upon successful enrollment by a friend.
9) Allow a customer to add a Gift Subscription and specify the number of months to send that gift subscription via continuity and then auto-end the subscription.
10) Provide buttons in the customer order confirmation page and the order confirmation email page that takes the customer to the self-service portal so they can manage all these functions.
