That's terrific, I was wondering if there were also plans on setting those thresholds manually, like the beta version of the layout manager for Canvas. But to be clear, does this mean there will be different fields for entering custom CSS per those responsive thresholds?

The idea here is to have the mutually exclusive CSS fields to help prevent inadvertent conflicts and streamline customizations. Having all of the modifications that apply to the min-width/max-width thresholds will make things easier for the end user and likely reduce the draw on support services.
