Listings functionality for other themes

It would be great to have the Advanced search module, featured panel, etc, that come with the Listings Theme available as a plug in for use with other themes. It would give much more flexibility, create responsive sites and keep us in the Woo Family. Currently , I have to go to http://wp-types.com/ and use their plug ins which cost more than the Listings Theme does.
