Custom Layout Manager (Like Sidebar and Menu Managers)
Could be a plugin like sidebars were abstracted from the framework. We could create any number of 1,2 and 3 column layouts all with varying widths.

Sounds good to me. using these to creating specific looks to various pages would be a great way to get things just right on specific pages.
