  Check out "Types" and "Views", both plugins for wordpress (http://wp-types.com/). Types is free, and Views requires a payment, but they are both incredible and very powerful. ( I don't work for them or get any commission). just a dev / designer who loves wp, woo and needed a solution quick.

  Even a simple version would be great. I'm building a portfolio for a client and I will need to do custom fields for little info like project date, client etc. Would be great if i could just create nice little fields for them to fill out that fits in with all the other woo fields that are there.

  This would further advance Canvas as the framework of choice for flexible wordpress websites.

  this would be a great addition to canvas which i use for many clients, but have to hack the theme to add extra custom post types and modifications in child themes i create. a content builder would be amazing for this as i've used it in listings and it was amazing.

  Since Canvas is a mega-theme, it only makes sense to give it the content builder functionality seen in listings. I'm not necessarily saying to add the full listings capability, but having the custom content hooks would be helpful.
