Clean Single Page Theme
This would be a theme with a sidebar navigation (2-3 column layout) that would act like a vertical slider. The footer would be widget ready, as well.
This is great for a temporary site, or a minimal business site.
There are several nice ones out there, but I think WooThemes could create a wonderful one.
