Show wrong answers
Once the test is taken it's nice to see the percent correct, but there's no feedback for which questions are wrong. Unless, I'm not seeing this in the examples, it would be very frustrating if a 100% is required to pass (i.e. a homework assignment).
We are looking at including this in an upcoming iteration to Sensei.

Perhaps include a reinforcement response when a quiz question is answered correctly as well as a response when a quiz question is answered incorrectly.

Agreed, this should be a fundamental option.

Agreed. This is a must feature. How can it be missing? Is the Sensei project lead still on vacation ? or is he still sleeping ?

Any updates on this. Waiting for this to be implemented before I purchase Sensei. I need to show the wrong answers to our students

@Tim You are better off using other LMS systems, I have been waiting for months but no one seems to care. There is a free LMS on wordpress called Namaste, haven't tried it but give it a shot - it's free so can't go wrong. Other paid include LearnDash. I am in the process of testing others too as I have finally given up on Sensei

I would like to see someone respond to rish in the next few days. I'm considering purchasing Sensei and want to make sure it's actively being developed before investing a lot of time into building it out for our purposes.

The most basic feature is missing and no one at woo is responding to feature requests. I would strongly suggest using other newer and better LMS that have come out. I simply wasted my money on Sensei.

Along with showing the wrong answers, I'd like to be able to include an explanation of wrong answers and the right answer. A good example is the Mtouch quiz plugin. The advantage of using the Sensei quiz feature is that it records the score and progress for the student which would be lost if I had them take the quiz with a different quiz plugin.
