How can we improve WooCommerce?

enable sales reports broken down by variation for each product.

Sales reports by product are fine for simple products, but for people with lots of variations that effect price, or manage their own stock counts, having reports that show how many of each variation were sold is very important.

Agreed. I have several clients that have been asking for this. +1

PS where is woo support on this? no response. no bueno.

Product Variations in the reports would be muy bueno. It doesn't make much sense to track inventory by variation if you can't get the reporting function to help you understand what is selling and needs to be replaced.

How many paying customers does it take to get a reply even..let alone actually adding this common sense functionality to woocommerce???

Please consider adding this. Its so time consuming to view every order that comes in, go to Excel and note the variation ordered. We need this be an automated report which we can email and export to CSV.

Please please please add this feature. Should've been there from day one.
At the very least should be a paid plugin.
This is the worst thing I've found about Woocommerce - all of our products have variations and we can't get reports or totals. So so crazy.

Please add VARIATIONS to the reports. Absolutely basic and necessary for any serious E-Commerce store.

Ridiculous that this is so hard to do- had to get a developer to set up specially, and now that we have upgraded to the latest version of wordpress, it no longer operates. Any plugins available?

anyone find a good way to handle these variation reports? I know this is a OS software and it's amazing... So thanks for that. But isn't it a pretty standard feature to be able to view reports on variations sold? For example, size, color etc. Especially for stock counts.

Magento has this by default it's also opensource/free software. Help? Anyone?

WooCommerce Reporting is missing a crucial level of statistics: VARIATIONS.

In category reporting we can see how much $ was made per category per day, but there is no way to drill down further to compare variation sales within any category.

Have not found a reporting system yet, that will let me see which color of an item is selling well (or at all) without having to type in each exact variation sku - note the stat, type in the next sku, note the stat.. etc. Tedious and unmanageable.

Would LOVE to see the ability to create reports for emailing or just viewing in the reports area too. (e.g.: Let user choose to default to variation stats rather than top sellers) The Export CSV feature is currently useless in this regard- no specifics are exported without manual, tedious selection of skus, and dates each time the report is needed.

PLEASE add variation level reporting to the Woo Reports. I've spent the past year and a half manually inputting item tallies from email to Excel to be able to properly track variation success.
