Returns, RMA numbers and refunds to allow dealing with items sent back
It would be great to offer some functionality that allows the returning of items online and also offer a piece of mind should something go wrong with the product or be faulty / incorrect.

This is a major letdown in WooCommerce, it is a must-have feature if you are a business that is selling lots of products. We ship 100's of products everyday and would like to switch from Volusion, but this lacking feature is keeping us from being able to switch both of our robust sites over to WooCommerce. RMA numbers and an easy way to return products is a MUST! Please add this functionality!

A Great idea Mark! Me too. This is a nessesary option or simply a plugin that should be developed. Especially if this function would also handle out RMA-Numbers. Also like the missing functionality of setting up customer number and delivery slip number.Thanks for your post.
